Hands-Free Pick-up and delivery

March 23, 2020

At Babcock Auto Care, We care for people and fix cars. As auto repair is categorized as an essential business, we are open for business as usual and we are continuing to care for people and fix cars in innovative as well as sanitized ways. In respecting CDC guidelines, we are being extra vigilant in cleaning all areas of our business - including customer’s vehicles.

If you are scheduled for service or would like to schedule service we are offering a courtesy Hands-free pick up and delivery service. Or you are welcome to use our 24 hours dropbox and we will return your vehicle upon completion. If you would prefer to bring your vehicle in for service or use our courtesy shuttle service, we want you to know that we are also taking sanitizing precautions in our lobby and courtesy van.

As always, we believe auto maintenance and service should be as transparent as possible. This is why we perform digital inspections - so that you can see what our mechanics see in order to make the best-informed decisions. We are able to send these to you via email or text so that we can review your vehicle's health together.

Though we understand there have been rising concerns that parts may not be available in the months to come, we want to assure you that we currently still have access to quality parts to service any make/model vehicle you own.

In these uncertain times, having a safe and reliable vehicle is important for everyone. Babcock Auto Care is here to keep you and your family safe.

Our hours of operation have stayed the same. Give us a call Monday - Friday from 7am-6pm or feel free to schedule service online. As you are navigating the roads of life ahead we wish you peace and safety. Thank you.
