If you have Celiac but are able to eat GF oats, these cookies will be delight you! Quick and easy and oh so good!
Combine sugar, butter, cocoa, and milk in pan. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Let boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients, mix well. Using a spoon, drop piles of mixture onto parchment paper. Let cool for 20-30 minutes before serving.
