This lightly baked gluten free crust coupled with a sweet strawberry gel will melt in your mouth. Your family will love it and they will flock to your kitchen for seconds!
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Clean and cut strawberries into halves or fourths--depending on size. Set aside.
Cut together next 3 ingredients. Pat mixture into a 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned, do not overcook. Let cool.
In a saucepan, mix together the next 3 ingredients (sugar, water, cornstarch). Simmer until thick and clear. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Stir until well-mixed and let cool.
When glaze is cool to touch, pour it over the strawberries. Pour the berry mixture over the cooled crust. Chill until set, at least 2 hours before serving with whipping cream.
